No, ApHO Digital Health Solutions' service providers do not ask their clients for transport fare.

IS MY DATA SECURED?

ApHO is compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines. Health records are kept totally secure and only shared with your selected health care provider. There is nothing more important to us than keeping your data secure.

DOES APHO ACCEPT MEDICAL INSURANCE?

Yes, ApHO Digital Health Solutions works with some of the leading health insurance providers to make our services available through them.

DO I GET TO TALK TO REAL DOCTORS?

Yes. ApHO doctors are certified and licensed to practice medicine. We have a stringent doctor on-boarding process where a human verifies all the doctors' profiles and medical licenses. Only on successful verification are their profiles made LIVE.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS FOR THIS SERVICE?

You can pay using mobile money/bank or using ApHO wallet. Select your payment method and follow the steps.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND INCASE THE HEALTH PROVIDER DOESN'T COME?
